#PersonalBrandingTip: AUDIT your social media and any online platform that you have control over how you show up on (i.e. websites, blogs). You should be auditing your online accounts at least every six months to make sure that your messaging, content, and overall brand is telling the story you want it to online.
Why? Just like we, as consumers/customers, check websites and social media to verify the legitimacy and reputation of the companies we want to work with so do our current and potential employers, clients, investors, etc. when it comes to working with us.
